When you book or join the queue, you're making a request to the barbershop. The shop manages its own appointments, walk-ins and availability. Times shown are the genuine openings the shop has at that moment, but availability can change.
Please cancel if you can't make your appointment, so the slot can be freed for someone else. If you join the walk-in queue and are called, you'll have a short window to confirm you're there — if you don't, your place may be given to the next person, to keep the queue fair for everyone present.
Some shops ask for a deposit to secure your booking, paid by card via Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable if you don't attend your appointment — that's the point of asking for one. If a shop doesn't take deposits, none of this applies to your booking.
The price shown when you book is for the service you selected. It doesn't include anything added once you're in the chair — if you ask for extras (e.g. a beard trim on top of a haircut), the shop may charge for those separately, at their own discretion. The price shown at booking isn't a fixed quote for whatever ends up being done in the chair.
Please give correct contact details so the shop can reach you about your booking. The shop isn't responsible for missed appointments caused by incorrect details.
